I was tired, stressed, anxious and depressed before I discovered I had ADHD. Barely functioning and feeling like I just didn't want to exist anymore. But once I figured out what it was after all the years as a kid thinking there was something wrong with me, I finally got the answer and began to hyperfixate on how to feel better. I feel better than I have my whole life and I want to share this feeling and teach others how to work with their ADHD brain and body.
That's why I created this space for all my baddie's and zaddie's who are tired of trying to fit into neurotypical boxes that were never meant for us. And who have felt neglected and let down by the system and want to take control of their health and be the person they know they are!
